We can work it out

My name is Annie (and I would like to share with you the most amazing book! ♪ ♫)
19 years old bookworm autumn lover, from Italy, currently doing a job as aupair in England.
In my spare time I travel to London to spend a ridiculous amount of time wandering around, going to the theatre and, occasionally, meeting beautiful people.
Sometimes I write things about myself. To ignore it, blacklist #personal. I follow back most of the times, but I don't follow people who don't tag. Sorry, but I don't want spoilers.

I hate labels, I judge nobody, everyone is welcome here. EEEEVERYOOOONNE (that was Gary Oldman - sorry, I had to do that)
Seriously tho, I dislike things but I hate nothing - same with people.

(I like) (My fandoms are) (I’m in love with) (I gave them my neurons in a dark cold night)

I'm PROUDLY Gryffindor (where dwell the brave at heart)

PROUDLY the sane kind of fangirl (aka I don't bother those who don't want to be bothered)

My sexuality is Jack Harkness and I take quite a lot of pride for that, too.

Feel free to talk to me and DFTBA ☺

Side note: These don’t have motors. They’re completely momentum/wind-powered and literally just wander around beaches unsupervised like giant abstract monsters.

these are both amazing and COMPLETELY TERRIFYING

Trust me, I’m a doctor by ~teetotally

Not my usual start to a Monday — John in art form rather than Sherlock in photo form — but this is gorgous. Teetotally has quite the talent! (And who wouldn’t want that as her/his doctor?!)

holy crap.

Yes, I know, you’ve seen this before, BUT I need to point something out here.

When studying psychology in college we were told to study photographs of our families. It seems that when people are getting their photos taken, they will tend to tilt their heads towards people they care for more. So if you see people in photos that are married, you should see tilted heads towards each other.  This is a subconscious reaction.  Photographers will also use the head tilt in order to create pleasing lines in image.

So look at these two pictures.  Look at the first one.  Then feel the connection between the two people.  Then look at the second image and feel the connection between the two people.

The first one is stiff, posed.  The second one is relaxed and flowing.

Looking at John only because he’s the commonality between the pictures. In the first one he’s firmly thinking “I’m happy with this woman.” almost like an affirmation. The second isn’t a conscious thought, he’s just naturally content and is nearly exuding love. Platonic or otherwise, he obviously has a much stronger and more natural connection with Sherlock.

just gonna say this: if someone has social anxiety and they ask you something akin to ‘are you mad at me’ or ‘do you hate me’, it isn’t because they don’t trust you, it’s because their brain literally tells them that all the time

it’s not a personal slight, it’s insecurity caused by mental illness

thanks
